Position of Chair
Steve Duck stated he would be willing to take on the position of chair; this was seconded and voted unanimously by all present. Full committee is as follows:

Christmas Disco
Paula confirmed this was booked for Fri 14/12/12. Times as usual 7pm - 8pm KS1 and 8pm - 9pm KS2. Paula would like to hand over the organisation of school discos, Tania agreed she would take this on and will assist Paula in the organisation of the Dec disco to help with this.
Christmas Fundraiser
It was agreed to do the raffle for hampers again this year. Tania will organise the ordering of tickets. These will then be sent out with the children, initially one book of five tickets per child. Steve to place boxes in classrooms for donations. The draw will take place on Friday 14th December. Fiona and Steve will make up the hampers close to that date. Notification to parents will be by a PTA newsletter in the next week and then reminder slips nearer the time. (Amanda).
School Party
This will take place on the last day of term, Friday 21st December. It will take place at lunch time so no packed lunches or hot dinners. Amanda to remind school office to cancel Barn Owl meals. Food to be provided by parents, Amanda will print of food lists and put on the boards. Visit from FC as usual, Tania will arrange. Paula to purchase oranges and lollipops, Amanda to purchase crackers. Help with setting up in the morning offered by Kirstin, Sharon, Fiona, Charlie, Tania, Paula and Steve.

With change of committee, change of signatory will be required, Fiona will obtain relevant forms.
Future fundraisers were discussed; Paula spoke of a recycle website whereby used printer cartridges and unwanted mobile phones are exchanged via the website for cash. Paula to setup.
Steve spoke of "Enterprise Day" whereby year 6 pupils go to a supermarket for a couple of hours and pack bags, Steve has already spoken of this idea to Mr Higgins and will be discussed at future meeting.
Jacket Potato Stall at May Fairdiscussed and the need to begin in the planning of that at an early stage.
