Hazel Class
'Lost and Found' by Oliver Jeffers. We thought about the characters and how they might feel in the story. We used the story to help us find out about plurals and suffixes. We sequenced the story and re-told it too.
Australian Animals. We researched Australian animals, wrote riddles about them using our facts. We wrote diamante poems using nouns, adjectives and verbs. We also read then re-told the traditional story of Tiddalick the Frog.
'Brown Bear, Brown Bear what do you see? ' by Bill Martin Jr. We wrote animal rhymes taking our inspiration from the book after making rhyming strings.
Whistleless
